On 8 SEPT 2009 The Bahoudii Crown Trust established a working relationship with KIVA to make global MicroLoans to help people across the globe build better lives for themselves.

This was the same day that the Crown Trust joined the Intermicronational Kiva Team sponsored by President Baugh of the Republic of Molossia in answer to a challenge by His Excellency to his fellow leaders on a micronational forum.

President Baugh's reasons for founding Intermicronational Team Kiva are stated on the Team's profile page:

"We loan because: We want to help others help themselves and to make the world a better place for all ... Micronations are tiny, self-declared countries, scattered throughout the world. Developing nations ourselves, we seek to help others to achieve prosperity and to make the world a better place."

Upon further research we found that President Baugh was inspired by the actions of H.H. Prince Christopher of the Principality of Vikesland. 

Prince Christopher has said; "I believe in giving a hand up to those who wish to better their lives. Give a person a fish, feed them for a day. Teach that person to fish, feed them for a lifetime..." And "I am the ruling Monarch of a Micro-nation called Vikesland. It is a small unrecognized state and has little resources but we all believe in helping our fellow human beings."

Thus, the actions of His Highness, the Prince of Vikesland, inspired the leader of Molossia, who's call to action moved the Throne to involve the Crown Trust in Kiva and their global microloan program.  A truly noble act that has so far resulted in the leaders of 8 other micronations actively participating in pecefully helping their fellow humans around the globe.
